​A composting toilet unit for the backcountry campsite. The toilet is welcoming, comfortable, ventilated and easy to clean. It is built around an existing toilet system, and is made from extruded, injection moulded and rotational moulded recycled polyethylene. This project advanced my knowledge of materials, manufacturing technology, aesthetics and innovation in the context of sustainability.
